Flame Art
Are there scientific names for the parts of a flame?

i’d like to know if there’s a scientific name for the “Blue Flame”

it’s for my yr 12 art, i’m looking for a strong word to describe the intencity which emotion can create.

like “tempest” and such.

i thought the blue flame would be a great analogy because it’s supposed to be furiously hot. ^__^

thanks so much. =D

“Blue flame” is “nonluminous flame”, and you can see a blue cone inside the flame. The tip of the cone is the hottest part of the flame.
Btw “yellow flame” is “luminous flame”
